Bairdwatson funded Toonspeak’s “PROGRESS” initiative, a programme of regular workshops, classes and events, which provide young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who have an interest in the performing arts, with training and mentorship to develop the skills, qualities and experience to forge careers in theatre and the creative industries.
With 6 different strands it offers creative opportunities for young people from the age of 14 to 21.
