Right Track

In 2023, Bairdwaton Charitable Trust awarded funds to support the work of Right Track in North Lanarkshire. The “Focus Programme” aims to work with 50 young people between
16-24 to offer vocational qualifications and work experience with local employers. Support is tailored to individual personal development goals, with activities including classroom tuition, employer visits, work tasters and work experience in various sectors and areas.
